The AstroFlow app is a 3-step process that guides you through education of astrological events and how they affect your Zodiac sign, yoga classes based on astrological events, and a journal feature that helps you reflect on what you’ve learned. Save your favorite astrology descriptions, yoga classes, and journals so you can revisit and reflect once the planets shift position and new energy is created.

- Read the Astrological Overview which explains the latest astrological transits and how their energy affects you. Each planet has an energetic significance on us. For example, Venus rules love and relationships. When the planets move through each of the zodiac signs, it triggers an energetic effect in your life. Understanding the movements of the planets and the effect they have can help you receive the energy in a positive way and use it to your advantage.

- Click on your Zodiac sign to explore your horoscope for each astrological event! This gives you a deeper look into how the position of the planets affects you specifically. Each zodiac sign will experience the energy differently based on their unique personalities. Gain insight into navigating each month and using astrology to become the best version of yourself.

- After reading the Astrological overview, scroll down for the latest Yoga Sequence Videos! Each sequence corresponds to a planetary transit and is designed to help you connect with the energy from that planet or time of month. Francesca and Ellen will guide you through each yoga class with detailed cues and modifications.

- Once you’ve practiced Yoga with us and felt the universe’s energy in your body, you can scroll down for a journal prompt that will help you reflect on what you’ve learned about astrology, yoga, and yourself.

- Find out your entire chart with our calculator! Enter your birthday and birth city and your full astrological chart will be calculated automatically. Read about what each planet dictates in your personality, like the Moon ruling your emotions and deepest self. You can reference your chart when learning about each astrological event to get a deeper understanding of how they affect you.

- Save astrological events, yoga videos, and journals that resonate with you so you can revisit as the energy shifts and see how much things have changed! With our calendar, you can track your progress and re-visit past dates! Planet icons on the calendar show the dates of astrological events, and when you click on the date, you can see what you saved and click to revisit the feed for that day.
